Kind words from the shore

“I purchased a condo in Rehoboth thinking it would be easy to manage by myself remotely in Virginia, and I quickly became overwhelmed with how much work really goes on in property management. Dan from Top Shelf was the first and only property manager I interviewed because he gained my trust quickly due to his prior hotel management experience. It’s been almost 1 year since I purchased my condo and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and rentals that Dan and Top Shelf provide. He expertly handled a busy summer season, a water claim from the unit above, and even helped me secure a tenant at my beach condo in the off season! He’s the ultimate professional who I trust to book as many qualified rentals/tenants as possible!”

“Top Shelf has made a world of difference for our property. We were really hesitant to “let go” of the management as we wanted to maintain a very high level of service, cleanliness and overall experience for our guests. What Dan and his team is able to offer is invaluable and they continue to go above and beyond to ensure a 5-star reputation. Our only regret is that we didn’t find Top Shelf sooner!”

“Dan is an amazing host, he’s very friendly and attentive. He has amazing customer service and went above and beyond during our stay. We definitely look forward to staying again!”

“Dan's place was great. The communication from start to finish was smooth. Dan was extremely friendly and helpful. We visit the Rehoboth outlets often, and this condo is so conveniently located. Would love to come back!!!!!!”

“This place is a must stay! The stay is clean, spacious, and looks just like the pictures. Additionally the host is very responsive which is greatly appreciated. I really enjoyed my stay and looking forward to booking in the summer months.”
