Using this website
This website is provided by Top Shelf Management LLC for general information about its property-management services and rental listings. Please use it lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or attempt to access systems or information you are not authorized to use.
Rental information and reservations
Listing details, images, availability, and rates may change and are provided for general information. Availability, pricing, and reservation terms are confirmed by the booking provider when you make a reservation. A message sent through this website's contact form is only an inquiry; it is not a reservation or property management agreement.
Booking widgets and links may take you to services operated by other companies. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services and to any reservation or payment you make there.
Website content and availability
We work to keep the website useful and current, but do not guarantee that every listing detail is complete, current, or available at all times. The website and its content may change or become temporarily unavailable. Separate booking, rental, or property-management agreements govern those services and take precedence over this general website information.
