Great stay, and we’re super flexible with our last minute accommodation. Stay here absolutely saved our trip as our hotel was a disaster.

Our family really enjoyed our stay during July 2026. The home was well maintained and housekeeping was very thorough and detailed. Having an additional lounge area and being able to walk to the pool was perfect for the little ones. A quiet neighborhood added to the peaceful, serenity and ambience. Thanks again, Ryan. 5 stars! The house was absolutely amazing! Beautiful, clean, and spacious for our big family… and a bonus for allowing our 2 dogs to come, too! The kitchen and island are amazing… and a nice touch with snacks and waters at arrival! The house is clutter free and very clean with comfy beds! A beautiful view of trees out back. Ryan and Dan were very responsive and hospitable! It’s obvious they care about the property and vacationers. We were even able to extend our trip one night more since we were there during a week of bad weather/hurricane! The location of the house is nestled in a rural-ish area which is so pretty, but only 10-15 minutes to the beach! Grocery stores and essentials are only 8 mins away. We would absolutely stay here again… we loved it!

Amazing stay! Would have loved if check out was a bit later but other than that overall an awesome stay and really responsive hosts.

My family and I had a great stay at Ryan’s house in Frankford. It was a 10-15 minute drive to the beach. The place was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Really appreciated being able to bring our dogs with us to enjoy the house as well! We chatted with a few of the neighbors and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The huge kitchen was great for preparing meals for five adults and two kids. Ryan was very responsive during our stay and offered some great local recommendations for places to take the dogs.

My family and I had a great time. Your property definitely exceeded our expectations 😊 We definitely look forward to staying with you guys again. It’s great to know that there’s a place big enough to host my family next year. I loved the guest book, it was helpful and informative. There’s something nostalgic about seeing handwriting on paper to me 😊 considering we live in such a “techy “world. Your attention to detail is top tier. The consideration of having snacks placed on the countertop upon entry after a long car ride. It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. You guys are very caring host, it really felt like home away from home. Don’t think twice about booking this property, it’s perfect. Oh and the beds are comfortable 🤗 Thank you guys again.
