Seagulls Nest

Lovely place! Everything from furniture, decor and amenities felt thoughtfully curated for a relaxing getaway. Full of helpful additions to make our stay more welcoming and convenient. Definitely recommend and hope to visit again!

We had such a lovely stay. The home was comfortable, peaceful, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. We enjoyed quiet mornings, time at the beach, and coming back to a cozy place at the end of the day. Everything felt welcoming and easy, and Calvin was a wonderful host. We would absolutely stay here again.

Me and my Family enjoyed our stay at Calvins place. The beds and living room furniture are comfy. The dim lighting options paired nice with the little nights lights, made ya feel cozy. We had an issue with the smoke alarm, in turn Dan the gentleman who works with Calvin was kind and prompt on coming and resolving the issue. We understand things happen and would never let that stop us from booking another stay. Having the pool close was nice, we didn't have to move our car. The atmosphere was chill, all the neighbors wether living there or other renters coming and going , everyone was nice and friendly. We seen so many dogs going on walks which we loved because we're pet lovers ourselves. Everything is close, the restaurants, stores, beach/boards. My little ones enjoyed the complimentary snack basket that Calvin provided and I enjoyed the coffee and the cozy porch while I drank it. I'd definitely recommend Calvins place to others. It was a pleasure staying.

The Seagull’s Nest was phenomenal! Calvin was an amazing host, and the home was exceptionally clean—my Puerto Rican wife from New York has very high standards for cleanliness, and even she was impressed! You could tell Calvin had thoughtfully considered every detail. The linens & towels were new, the furniture was quality, the home was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and the snack basket was such a thoughtful touch that our kids especially enjoyed. Everything about the space made our family feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for. We were particularly grateful to find the Seagull’s Nest after having to leave a terrible experience at another Airbnb. Calvin’s place completely turned our trip around. It was truly the perfect getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This was by far the best rental we have ever stayed at. It was super clean, well stocked with everything we needed plus more. The amenities provided were so thoughtful. The screened in balcony was very appreciated. The pool was in walking distance and super fun. Dan and Calvin went above and beyond! We will for sure be back.

This place is amazing. My daughter and I stayed for a few nights as a last-minute getaway. The location is great because it’s central to everything and only a couple of miles away from the beach and Boardwalk. The place was spotless. It was peaceful. You can tell that they take this place seriously I honestly can’t wait to come back. Well worth it.
