Conveniently located for what we wanted to do. Kitchen was well equipped. Had items for children and the beach

The home was in good shape and perfect for a family with a dog. The back yard was fenced in and the neighborhood was awesome! The location is perfect for trips to Lewes, Rehoboth and Dewey.

This is our 3rd year visiting Charles's wonderful home! We always feel secure with our furbabies thanks to the fenced-in backyard. The location is convenient to several local restaurants and beaches.

I liked Charles place overall but I wouldn’t be back. The bed to the left when you walk in next to the laundry room was a rock. Everyone else said their beds were comfortable. The place is very spacious and we all loved the enclosed patio in the back. The place is close to so many restaurants and the outlets. 10-15 minute drive to the Rehoboth Beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home, no complaints!

Charles’ place was perfect for our adult family of six! There was plenty of space to spend quality time together while still enjoying privacy and comfort. We loved the convenient location near beaches, parks, shopping, and great restaurants. Our furry friend also enjoyed the private backyard! The kitchen was especially impressive — very organized and stocked with everything needed for family meals. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return again someday!
