Great location and potential, but missed the mark on a few crucial comforts. We recently stayed at this property and have mixed feelings about our experience. On the positive side, the house itself was very clean upon arrival, and you truly cannot beat the location. It’s set in a fantastic spot, and the overall layout of the home is quite nice, although it is very dark throughout. However, the sunroom was amazing. Unfortunately, we had a few issues that made it hard to fully relax. Most notably, the air-conditioning failed on our first night. Spending a very hot night with our whole family in a stuffy house was quite uncomfortable. While the owners were communicative and initially offered to compensate us with credits for that night, that compensation was never actually provided, which was disappointing. We were shocked to find mice droppings throughout the kitchen cabinets. We had to take matters into our own hands, wiping down and sanitizing every single plate and pan before use.
